A selection of personal projects that have brought me joy in supporting friends, family, and my own life events.

Expecting
by the Week

Taking inspiration from various food art, these cards were created in 2014 from pen and water-color sketches of fruits and vegetables to represent the size of a baby through pregnancy. The cards can be sent one week at a time, or as a whole bundle.

2013 Farm Wedding

I’ve been honored to have been asked to help out with a few weddings for their printing needs. The first couple asking for a save the date wanted something young and rustic-romantic to go along with their backyard farm wedding. They had a general idea for color scheme and knew the text and images to include. After the design was made official, I went on to create other printed signs and cards used at the wedding.

2014 Zoo Wedding

The second couple knew they wanted to use my photographs and some fun typographical treatment. We landed on a design that embraced their young and energetic attitudes.

Their wedding was at a zoo and named their place cards after the various animals surrounding the outdoor venue, and themed to match their gray and blue wedding colors.

2016 Cape Cod Wedding

Another couple was having a beautiful cape cod wedding. Their airy and elegant beach styled wedding had set colors and fonts already and needed some signage that I helped out with.

2020 Backyard Wedding

Planning your own wedding comes with plenty of challenges. Adding a pandemic directly after getting engaged really throws things off! I ended up planning a tiny backyard wedding, and made most of my own decor. This included name cards and large posters with movie and tv quotes about love lining the wall surrounding the backyard.
