Project Overview

Working with Harvard Business Publishing, I was placed on the team working on their flagship product. The newest version of Harvard ManageMentor was planned to be the last big-bang release for the product. Moving towards an iterative process we wanted to make sure the foundation was sound. I started as a project manager managing an outside vendor and our internal writing team to come up with infographics and handouts to supplement the outstanding content.

Later I became the User Experience lead on the Agile team in charge of the learner-facing part of the product, and finally the User Experience lead on everything HMM.

Continuous Improvement

After launching this brand new version of the site, I worked with the team for about 4 years on continuous value additions including lesson takeaways, redesigning the lesson pages, new topics, and admin report revamps. The product continued to evolve and remains the flagship for Harvard Business Publishing.
